In this role, you will collaborate with many other employees in the factory.

It is therefore of great importance that you have good social skills and can see the value in each other's differences, knowledge, and roles. The position involves varied work that places high demands on you as an individual to be responsible and able to work both independently and together with other professional categories.

As an Instrument/Automation Technician, you will work with troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of the factory's control, measurement, analysis, and automation equipment. In your role, you are responsible for following safety regulations and project standards, as well as ensuring that your work is carried out in accordance with applicable guidelines, policies, and management systems. We consider a safe working approach to be a given. Additionally, the role includes working with investigations and improvement projects. Some shift work may be required in the future.

Your Background

We are looking for someone who has at least a 3-year upper secondary education in electrical engineering, automation, or equivalent education. Experience from maintenance work in similar environments is an advantage. You should feel comfortable handling technical tools as the job involves working with computers, communication equipment, and various software. We also prefer that you have good knowledge of English, as many of our technical tools are in English. Good communication skills in both spoken and written Swedish are a requirement.
